A
few weeks ago I was having trouble with my laptop which kept
crashing. I rang a local computer repair company to arrange
to take it in for repair. After having described what the
problem was over the phone, I was told that my hard drive
was damaged, that it wasn't worth replacing and that I would
need to buy a new computer.
I wanted
a second opinion, and PC Medic was recommended to me by a
shop in southend. So I rang to ask John if he would come and
see if anything could be done.
A couple
of hours after he arrived, my computer was fine, and he had
also installed several lots of new software for me. It was
great not to have to dismantle the computer and take it somewhere
to be repaired. His service was excellent - prompt and very
professional. I was delighted and so glad he had been recommended
to me.

Thanks for all the help,you can post this on you're web site

Too anyone who reads this I can recommend PC-MEDIC with no
worries. the work carried out for me was excellent,on both
occasions the call out was swift and the repairs carried out
quickly and courteously even being given advice over the phone
at no cost. This is a 5**** service, I've tried the rest but
these are the best.
